1.How to check the status of an order?
Step 1: click "My Order" to enter the order page.
Step 2: click "Order tracking" to check the current process of each order.
2. Why is my order abnormal? How do i deal with this?
It's usually for the following reasons:
1）Production suspension or temporary cancellation of the factory..
2）The delivery time of items changes, and the extended delivery time cannot be delivered on time.
3）The quantity or size of goods are changed.
